I am a Rocketbook addict and that's O-KAY! I used to be a paper fiend but got tired of having all these half-filled notebooks that I was never going to use up. I mourned for the trees that died in vain. So I looked up paperless options, found Rocketbook and I'm hooked and will never be a conspirator for the death of trees for notebooks again.

You might as well take a picture of your notes and email them to yourself. I was hoping with the pen you'd tap one of the pictures on the bottom and it would automatically send the document to your destination. But to have to whip my phone out every time I need a new page and erase (which you need water and they don't supply a small bottle for that or something) but who wants to carry water to wipe it clean? Such a waste of money.

Sometimes it isn't possible or practical to take notes directly in OneNote or EverNote and that is where Rocketbook comes in. Just write, sketch etc and transfer directly to OneNote in my case. This way all of my notes are stored in one place, regardless of how they were taken.

There were no flaws affecting functionality, but the production quality was disappointing. The bottom edge of the cover was very roughly cut. This problem showed up in other areas of the notebook, most notably throughout bottom edge and even in the holes for the plastic spiral, which left shavings in between many of the pages. There were also many visible smudges on the front and back covers, even on the inside. Again, thankfully none of flaws affect the function of the notebook. However it was disappointing to see the drop in quality, especially since it has been a few years since I ordered my first rocketbook, which got to me just fine. I would like to think this was a fluke.

Overall this seems like a pretty nice system - it's my first go at this. I think I don't like the size - it's too big and the cover is not rigid. If there is a somewhat smaller option that has a rigid cover, I'll give that a try. Also wish the OCR was better - I'm spending more time than I would like having to format the mess.
