The changing table seems pretty solid. The big problem was a lot of the hardware was missing to put the table together. The instructions seems easy but many of the pieces were not marked with the corresponding letter on the manual. So if you buy this table give yourself plenty of time to put it together before you need it. It will take 3 to 5 business days for you to receive the hardware that is missing.

Very nice looking changing table!! I give it 4/5 stars. It comes with alot of pieces but the reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the drawers are a bit rough when opening and closing. I feel the hole placements could have been placed on more accurate to avoid that from happening.

The changing table itself isn't too bad, it looks nice, seems sturdy, and the storage space is a great feature. That being said, the assembly was an absolute nightmare! The package had dozens of poorly labeled panels that took over an hour to sort out. It took two people (using power tools) five hours to put this together and, due to poor instructions, once it was finished, one of the shelves was upside down and the unfinished sides was exposed. After spending an entire day on what I thought was going to be a 45 minute project, we gave up and now have a changing table with an ugly particle-board shelf in the middle. If you were using manual (non-power) tools, it would have likely taken literally 16 to 20-man hours to complete. Once we were done, one of the drawers was stuck and wouldn't slide in and out. We called the factory and they were very nice over the phone and promptly sent a replacement set of drawer slides. While their customer service was good, it was just another hassle in the process. My recommendation: skip this product and buy something that's easier to assemble or pre-made. The extra money you'll spend on a nicer unit is totally worth the time and frustration you'll exert on this.
