In order to register for the warranty online you have to consent to receiveing emails with "personlized services and discounts" (aka: ads.) This is a deceptive practice, so I chatted with an agent on their website. They don't even have access to assist a customer with registration of their product. This is a deceptive practice and the company is unethical and I won't buy any more of their products. I haven't plugged the refrigerator in yet so I have no clue if it works, but I am skeptical it is made well considering their advertising ethics.

While the quality of the refrigerator is great, the condition in which is arrived is disappointing to say the least. The shipping box was flimsy, and despite the thin layer of styrofoam, ours had a huge dent in the door. I should not have been surprised since the flimsy box had a huge gash in it at the exact spot where the dent is in the door.

I don't know what to say first I ordered and then I received my fridge in 4 days that was awesome. I received a message at 9 AM stating I had my package delivered so When I returned home from work I took the refrigerator out of the boxing it was an awesome shape then I set it up plugged in then I waited for about 20 minutes compressor was at 140°F the sides on the refrigerator were starting to get warm one hour in freezer started to get cold another 30 minutes refrigerator was at 58° it's been running now for 4 1/2 hours compressor is still at 140° thermostat is set on 5.5 as of now still waiting for compressor to cool off never shut off yet it is hot to the touch side walls or starting to cool off at bottom sides only will unplug refrigerator till morning time then I'll start it back up again undecided if I like it or if I wasted money I will reply in the morning and let you know what happened

Initially seems AWESOME! Fingers crossed, lol. Bought before I read the bad reviews and got worried! It's beautiful... NO DENTS. The box had a couple of tears but it was so well packaged/protected the refrigerator got NO damage. It runs VERY quietly, and after the waiting period sitting in place (as was said to do), it started cooling very fast. I'm amazed at how "roomy" it is, both the freezer and fridge sections. The price is fabulous for such a nice small refrigerator with freezer (each with it's own door)! I absolutely cannot understand so many talking about "dents" ... this was one of the best jobs of "shipping packaging" I have ever seen. So far, I am beyond pleased ... first day running, so I sure hope I'm not speaking too fast, LOL. Bought this online from Walmart and am beyond pleased. Thank you!
