The item came quickly, but unfortunately there is damage to the front bar. It almost looks like it was used, as it’s mostly paint damage, but there is also a place where the plastic is actually CRACKED and a there is a spot where the plastic is actually broken out, leaving a hole in the rail. Positives: My 14-year-old son was able to put it together in about 20 minutes. It’s very, very quiet, and fun to use. It would be nice to get a replacement bar that is not broken instead of shipping the entire thing back, but I will be contacting the maker to see if they can help. The item is return and refund only.

The treadmill gets the job done for the price. It’s a little louder than expected but I don’t find that to be an issue. Also, the remote battery does need to be replaced every now and again. Otherwise, I didn’t have concerns with the treadmill until today. Fun fact - the treadmill has a Bluetooth speaker that is not password protected. A neighbor must have accidentally connected to it and I nearly had a heart attack hearing a random man’s voice coming from my living room. I would suggest keeping the treadmill unplugged when not in use to avoid any accidental connections from strangers.

I like the fact that is easy to move around, good price and different colors . But is not what I had expected I was super excited when it arrived and everything seemed good. I had a really hard time adjusting the motror belt, fore some reason it did not whanted to work. It took me 3 hours to kind of getting adjusted, I sayd kinda because still not good enough. Then I have only used the treadmill for a week because it makes a sound when I am walking, I have put some more treadmill lubricant but still not working how I thought it was going to. Hopefully it last a few jears, in the future if I have to purchase a treadmill again it will definitely not be a Crostway superfit. The treadmill also has some discoloration on bouth top corners but that's not a big deal to me it looks like a manufacturer defect.

I ordered this item and it arrived dented. I did not know it was dented until i got the box inside and opened up. At that point repackaging the item and transporting it somewhere they would accept it for return did not seem like a great option. The company agreed to a partial refund but i am still very upset the item arrived damaged and that was all there was that could be done, that it could not be picked up or replaced. Now i have to patch the area with the dent tk insure it does not get worse and I do not get injured.

Treadmill was stuck on E01 code !!!!! This product sucks for coming defective and never running I contact customer service and they offer to send me a part to fix it as if I want to try to fix a new treadmill that should have been working from the start !!
