COVERGIRL LineExact Liquid Eye Liner Brown 610, .02 oz

I should read reviews more! Like previous post ers, this liner was useless after the 3rd application. I liked it, when it worked, but there seems to be no way to "reload" the felt tip. Just dried up.

The last 3 times I purchased my liner it barely got through the first application and it was dry! So disappointed, I loved this product and have used it for years. My daughter said she had the same problem. I wish you could fix the problem. SAD

The first 2 time I used this eye liner I LOVED it. Then after that I could not get it to apply. I shook and shook it, but still now luck. I really got ripped off!. I love it when it worked. I also bought this a few years ago and had the same problem.

I was so excited to find a liquid liner that was this color brown, and loved how easily it went on for the first use. After that, the pen's flow was very poor, despite shaking. Touching up my cat eyes after drawing the first line was spotty and messy

I absolutly LOVE this product WHEN it is working correctly. I buy this eyeliner about every other week. But, about every other one that I buy is dried up and has some kind of clearish liquid almost like oil instead of the black liner make up.
