COVERGIRL LineExact Liquid Eye Liner Brown 610, .02 oz

I purchased the smoke (605) color 3 times hoping I just got a bad batch.After reading other reviews it's clear this product doesn't have a long use-life. It dries up after 10-12 uses: average=$1-per application! Has CG offered anyone a refund?

After reading the other reviews, clearly I shouldn't have bought this product. Very poor application, color is nowhere near expected, and requires layering another brand's liner over it for it to even show up. Worst liquid liner I've ever used.

I have purchased this product for a number of years because it's the best eye liner I have ever used. The contents, however, in my estimation, have been reduced while the price has increased. The product is empty after only a few applications.

The first 2 time I used this eye liner I LOVED it. Then after that I could not get it to apply. I shook and shook it, but still now luck. I really got ripped off!. I love it when it worked. I also bought this a few years ago and had the same problem.

I was so excited to find a liquid liner that was this color brown, and loved how easily it went on for the first use. After that, the pen's flow was very poor, despite shaking. Touching up my cat eyes after drawing the first line was spotty and messy
