COVERGIRL Perfect Point Plus Eyeliner Pencil, Plum Velvet, .008 oz

I have bought this pencil twice in the past couple months and I am so dissappointed. I've always loved Covergirl products. The plastic protector rises with the twist, however the liner does not come above the plastic liner. I will be returning this pencil.

Bring Back Grey Khaki!!! Best color for crisp yet subtle upper lid lining. Charcoal is too dark, and both your brown shades are too dark/ warm. Perfect Blend Eyeliner in shade Smokey Taupe is a great, smudgeable lower liner shade. I've started hoarding them in case you decide to discontinue it too. But it IS NOT a suitable replacement as you continually recommend...

Has an inconsistent quality of smudging. The brown worked well but the charcoal always ended up smudged and looking horrible within an hour of wear. Do not recommend

***BRING BACK GREY KHAKI AND THE OLD FORMULA!!!*** When my eyeliner started smudging & running, I knew something had changed. I was told by CG that nothing had changed. Lies. Lies. Lies. I had used it for years & years. I know how my make up lasted throughout the day. It no longer does. Now, the grey khaki is discontinued. Uh, clearly CG isn't the brand for me anymore. Pat yourself on the back, CG...your customers are clearly not your top priority.

I don't know what happened but they must have changed the formula. I had been using this for years and in the past year or 2, the eyeliner would smudge half way down my face. So embarrassing! This never happened before. I thought I got a bad batch, but every new one I bought kept smearing. Now I have been using a different brand for the past almost 2 years? But I don't like it nearly as much as the old eyeliner cover girl pencil. I'm so sad. And I too loved Gray Khaki.
