I bought the value pack of 12 glue sticks during the back to school sale 3 months ago thinking this would be a good value. Unfortunately at least half were unusable and went strait into the garbage. Either the plastic screw was broken so you couldn't raise up the glue stick, or they were completely dried out.

I don't know whether these are superior or inferior to other sticks. I don't use glue that often. I can say that they worked well for what I was doing. I did some arts and crafts with tissue paper and crepe paper.
