These drops are great as long as you follow the diet. They have helped me lose 30lbs. so far! I have done this diet three different times over the past 6 years. The first time I lost 33 pounds. The second time 20. I never gain all of it back. I lost a lot the first 3 weeks and then it was slow the last 3 weeks. After that, I prefer only doing the diet for 3 weeks. It will be beneficial to you if you would do your research first by reading Dr. Simeon's "Pounds and Inches" and the book "The Weight Loss Cure "They" Don't Want You to Know About" by Kevin Trudeau. I was not able to follow ALL of the suggestions in the book, like go all organic... you can forget about that! Too expensive! And it would take me forever shopping for it living in a small town. BUT, I did what I could, did not cheat and was able to see great results! Also, the book helped me understand the protocol which is very important.

I started this product because a friend of mine used it and lost 30 pounds in one month, but after stopping the product, he has gained everything back. I've been using it for only 4 days now, fist two days had headaches, now the headaches went away but I'm always hungry, they don't even suppress ur appetite at all. The worst part is every day I have been gaining a pound. So for now I'm stooping and maybe give it a try some time later. I'm not giving up on them yet since a close friend has had this huge weight loss.

Im only on my first week so I dont have as much to say then most but the first day I lost 4 lbs and then almost 3lbs a day since. The 500cal diet isn't nearly as hard as it sounds. Your eating clean and drinking alot of water I didn't even really get hungry. Definitely dont feel like im "starving" myself. If I keep receiving the same results then definitely 5stars. I've struggled with eating habits and have done my fair share of "crash" diets but nothing compares to the results im getting.
