I don't necessarily buy this mouthwash to lighten my teeth. If I did, I would be sorely disappointed. BUT I love this mouthwash for a clean feel and a sort of... faith on the fact that it helps my stains. It's most definitely placebo but I'm ok with that.
It make mouth feel so fresh and clean. I know that my teeth can be so white without baked soda. I love this toothpaste. I highly recommend this one. Plus you got get the crest toothbrush to go with it. For better clean and shine
I use this product for a year after having stains from smoking...after just a week I saw a different smile I still USE it and ppl comment on my WHITE SMILE CONSTANTLY

This product is not very good. Although I did notice a little difference in my teeth appearing a little whiter it made my mouth super dry!! Overtime my throat would become more and more dry and my lips also incredibly dry! Very annoying .
