Crest Pro-Health Tartar Protection Mouthwash, 1 L

I really like this product. You don't get any alcohol in it which is nice because when I use mouthwash with alcohol in it my mouth usually gets really dry. With this mouthwash your mouth does not to get dry. I like to smell that they put into it, it helps keep your breath smelling good

I got my sample of Crest ProHealth Tartar Protection and used it off-and-on for about one month. One thing I noticed right away, was that once I rinsed and spit out the product, my mouth felt a bit watery and I kept wanting to spit out more - even once there was nothing there. I ended up having to swish with a cup of water to get it to stop. One thing I did, was to then dilute the rinse with some tap water - and after rinsing and spitting it out, I didn't really have much of a problem. On a good note, I liked the taste and during the rinsing/swishing, there wasn't any stinging for me. (Unlike the Listerine Brand I tried in the past and abandoned due to the "burn") My mouth did feel refreshed. It felt cleaner, but I have yet to be to the dentist to confirm less tartar or not. I can feel the product working from day 1. Its not a terrible taste that I was use to with my old one. I would recommend this to someone who can't stand the taste of some of the other brands that are out there. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I've been using the @crest pro health mouth wash for about two weeks. I noticed a big difference in how clean and fresh my mouth feels. The mouthwash has a great taste and very little alcohol burn. There is also a noticeable difference in tarter buildup. I was a little skeptical of switching mouthwashes but now i have made a permanent switch to crest! #gotitfree [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I've tried mouth washes before and they all promise something: less tarter, protects against cavities, etc. I don't know if any mouth wash really does that, but what I can say about the Crest Pro-Health mouth wash is that it really does keep your breath fresh. And for a long time, too. It tastes great and can be a little intense once you start using it, but after using it for a few days it's not quite so intense. I can't say that it helps with tarter, or protects against cavities. I personally haven't noticed any change in how much tarter I get on my teeth. But, it does make my mouth feel really fresh and clean. Also, long-lasting fresh breath. I like the mouth wash and would probably buy it in the future.
