I have ruined 2 rolls of smart vinyl due to the side getting caught in the blade. Very frustrating and expensive. Hoping I didn't end up with a bad machine.
What a fun little machine! I've already made a bunch of shirts for a bachelorette party coming up, and I had so much fun designing them, cutting them out, and making them. Looking forward to playing with it more to see what else I can make!
I ordered the circuit joy xtra although the machine works fine it did not come the correct cord for the joy xtra not sure if I received a used one or not…
Doesn't work. The app also doesn't work. It's so glitchy and constantly crashing just like the machine. Asked for a refund but they don't do that once you open the box. Would have never purchased if I knew that because how do you determine if it works unless you open the box? So silly. Just wasting space now.
I am excited to upgrade my Joy to Joy Extra. During short vacation , i can do more projects. However, i noticed every time i starts my work it kept on showing not detected. All i do is restart the machine.
