Chow chow is great. I use this in many recipes. Excited to find at Walmart. My friends liked mine and got some. It would be nice if you would carry in local stores we could buy one bottle at a time.

Great on hot dogs, hamburgers, ham sandwiches and in deviled eggs. It's strong stuff however, as piquant as it comes. On a sandwich, a scant teaspoon spread on top of the mayo is plenty. Even though a little goes a long, long way, the jar still gets empty way too soon.

I am 86 years old and I have been eating Chow Chow since I was a child. There are many varieties of Chow Chow available online, but it doesn't seem to be a very popular item because no one ever seems to talk about it or recommend it. But then maybe you just have to have a taste for it. I love Grey Pupon mustard and one of my daughters hates it. She prefers bland tasting yellow mustard. Anyway, I would recommend Crosse & Blackwell Chow Chow to anyone who wants to put a little different kind of spice in their life.
