Power Package is an agreement from us that if within 18 months of purchase if the battery(s) on the unit are deemed non-chargeable or defective we send out a new set with the return of the old set. This is a $500 value and goes 1 yr beyond most normal manufacturer warranties. The CTM HS-118 is a Micro 4 wheels Travel scooter that sets the standard for quality and portability. Features a tubular design and reinforced frame structure, none other will compare. The CTM HS-118 comes standard with front wire mesh basket and padded arm rest.
