Power Package is an agreement from us that if within 18 months of purchase if the battery(s) on the unit are deemed non-chargeable or defective we send out a new set with the return of the old set. This is a $500 value and goes 1 yr beyond most normal manufacturer warranties. The CTM HS-118 is a Micro 4 wheels Travel scooter that sets the standard for quality and portability. Features a tubular design and reinforced frame structure, none other will compare. The CTM HS-118 comes standard with front wire mesh basket and padded arm rest. The removable battery pack with wireless connection can be charged on or off the unit. Some standard features included puncture-proof tires, swivel seat, and delta tiller.
