I have stomach issues and can never predict from one day to the next how I'll be feeling, no matter what I eat, drink, etc. After taking this for about 2 weeks I noticed that I was having less issues and didn't have such an upset stomach all the time. The once-a-day capsules are easy to take and I didn't notice any kind of taste or odor.

The flavor is really delicious, but so far I havent found a culturelle product i havent loved. The probotics are gentle to help your digestive system. Not only that it has omega 3s in it as well to help your heart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soon as I received the product I started taking them. They are easy to swallow. They don't leave a after taste or smell. I only notice that I need to have food on my stomach or I my stomach gets just slightly nauseous.
