Took 20 minutes to unpack and 25 minutes to assemble, but I'm familiar with these Chinese metal structures. Hardware is inadequate, get longer bolts and washers. If you torque (twist) it once it's together, the supplied bolts may not hold. If you're a first-timer, get help. Looks great! Would definitely buy again.

Good quality materials and nice design, but some parts were missing to assemble properly. Hayneedle issued a partial credit for the inconvenience. I purchased the parts to complete the assemble.

Absolutely delighted with this arch. Looked for one for a long time that would fit my 5 ft gate. This is just smaller than the gate opening. Easy to put together. Feels solid.

This Arch was exactly what we wanted. It was easy to setup with the exception that the manufactured screw holes on one side were too big for the screws supplied and we simply had to add washers to secure a tight hold.

Out of all the designs, this one just wins my heart, not fancy but sophisticated! After setting up the first one, we are so pleased and went ahead purchased the 2nd one! Honestly, there are some issues about the screws and some parts not being perfect, but customer services are there willing to help me. After all, as everyone can see, I can not imagine without these arbors in my garden. They will look even more beautiful when all my climbing roses and clematis grow mature.
