I RECEIVED THESE 2 BARSTOOLS AND THE QUALITY WAS POOR AND ONE STOOL WAS BROKEN.

Both this and the bar I bought to go with it had split wood, in each case, integral to the piece. They had been packed broken, so I can only assume the damage happened at the origin. I had to go out of my way to repack and return the items, which took a few hours out of my life. In my line of work, my time is worth $250.00/hr minimum. However, the customer service people were helpful and did refund my shipping costs also. I am currently considering whether to re-order, but am wary, and would like to have some way to assure they are not broken.
