I have been taking SAM-E from LifeExtensions for a few years but recently I ran out and got Nature Made. I am soo glad I did, because the difference in quality and pain reduction was immediately felt. Compared to other manufacturers, Nature Made SAM-E is very good and the blister packs are strong so they will not open easily. Very happy with this new brand and will continue to buy SAM-E with Nature Made

On the box it states: " Helps support a healthy mood & joint comfort." It accomplishes that for me. Also, I am sensitive to many ingredients. I have tried many brands of SAM-e, and this is the only one that agrees with me. The only downside is the price, but I pay it because of the effectiveness.

Years ago I learned of Sam-e by word of mouth. When I first began taking it I noticed a big difference in my mood and while it took some time to adjust (it made me very nervous at first, almost as though I had consumed a great deal of caffeine) I now am accustomed to it and feel fine after I take it. Not only does it elevate mood but it also helps your joints! It is worth the money and does not make you gain weight the way that anti-depressants do.

I was lucky enough to find this size batch on a clearance rack for 7.50 a few months ago. The product worked well for me. Swansons brand is cheaper and just as effective, but it doesn't come in the 36 pack, but is cheaper to buy in the 30 pack.
