I've had it for 6 years now and it works great. My main issues are that the hose is very rusty and the magnet desinegrated so the head no longer stays in place. It would be great if they used better material. I was also disspointed that the head is plastic if feels a little cheap but the touch conveneance makes it worth it.

Purchased a few days ago; installed over the weekend. . . . I'm a DIY type of guy and the instructions were very good; would've like to have had it in Bronze but stainless works just fine with the stainless sink anyway. . . it was harder to remove the old one than it was to put in the new one!

I really loved my faucet for about the first month while it worked perfectly. Then the trouble began. It only works right half the time. It often won't come on when you touch it. It comes on by itself when you're nowhere near it. I've changed the batteries many times, insulated the wiring away from anything that might interfere, moved the controller away from anything else, etc. Nothing works. We now keep the handle turned off all the time. I got this for my brand new beautiful kitchen a year ago, and it's turned out to be a total embarrassment.

This faucet is less than 3 years old. The touch technology only works sometimes. Buyers beware.... Imagine you are standing at your kitchen sink, trying to get your water to tun on with "Touch Technology" and with raw food covering your hands. Knowing that everything you touch from here is going to get contaminated since this unreliable product is faulty and you are unable to wash your hands. The idea is great but obviously it is not ready for market. Save yourself the frustration and buy something else!!
