We installed the Delta faucet set that includes this soap dispenser during a kitchen remodel years ago. The soap bottle itself failed after a few years and I have not been able to find a replacement bottle. The dispenser is useless without a bottle and there does not seem to be a replacement available. The bottle size seems to be unique as non-Delta bottle do not fit.

I bought this (along with the matching pullout faucet) 6 years ago. The pump was always a little "flimsy" feeling when pushing down, but soap dispensed and it would pop back up, so I dealt with it. Now the time comes that it doesn't pop back up. My main gripe is that I can't find a replacement pump for it. Seems silly to have to buy a whole new dispenser when the rest of it is still in good condition.

I've had this for almost two years. While it never functioned as well as a previous brand in another home it still worked until recently. The top part is made from plastic and it feels cheap and wobbles. It should be an easy pump/dispense action but top must be aligned and then pushed down several times to get soap. Now the unit is very difficult to use although I haven't had time to look into the problem.

Our experience is similar to many of the other reviewers of this faucet/soap dispenser combo. The faucet is rock solid and a fantastic value. The soap dispenser appears to be made from inferior internal plastic components. Ours just stopped pumping this week and I took it apart to try to determine the cause and the mechanical pump inside is made from cheap plastic that is now cracked and broken. Going to have to replace the entire unit after two years.

We also purchased the Delta Deluca Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet (Model #:19912-SSSD-DST) that came bundled with the RP50781 - Dispenser Assembly. The faucet has been flawless, but the dispenser broke after a couple of years. It appears the the top snapped clean off the plastic base (leaving the screws still in place), my wife is very careful and not sure how this broke. On inspection, this is a very cheap plastic part that should be better made if it is to be sold with Delta faucets, which are typically of high quality and great design. How can I get a replacement top spout? It seems a shame and unnecesary expense to have to replace the whole dispencer. Many thanks
