Although we had it professionally assembled, it took a LOT longer than the 1 hour promised in the assembly directions. It is a good solid piece, but I wish the drawers came out more than they do. Make sure you let the drawers air out before you fill it with clean baby clothes.

like many others i also searched for hours and hours. i finally decided on this because of all the good reviews. i did not want to get something that was going to have peices missing and broken when i got it. i have to say that it took me awhile to put it together but i went into it with a lot of patience. all of the holes were aligned perfectly and the directions and hardware were marked very good and easy to find. it looks beautiful and is very sturdy. i am very pleased with it and cant wait to use it!

We ordered this dresser because it was good sized and looked like it would be nice. We waited 2 weeks for it to ship site-to-store. Then, we got it home and started taking the many pieces out of the box... 1. The top of the dresser (at the bottom of the box) had a huge crack right in the middle of it. Also, one of the drawer fronts was damaged. 2. We noticed that less than half of the pieces were marked with a letter or number to identify for assembly. 3. The assembly instructions only have diagrams using the letter or number of the piece - no text. So, I think (if it hadn't been damaged) the assembly would have been difficult. I think the item is no longer being manufactured because when I called Delta they told me they do not have any parts on this model to send us.

I do like the dresser, but it wasn't easy to put together. A lot of the screw holes were not pre-drilled so it was difficult in some of the areas to screw through the wood. A lot of pieces and different size screws too. So if you want the challenge of putting it together, then it's worth it.

My Husband and I put this dresser together and I think it looks cute now that it is FINALLY done! Not a weeknight project if you work the next day...it took us two nights 2 hours each night, so a total of 4 hours to put together and that was with using a powered screwdriver. The directions were nice and clear but some of the pieces didn't have pilot holes in them so my hubby had to use some extra muscle to get the screws in since I couldn't with this big baby belly (7 1/2 months pregnant). Now that it is finished we are really happy with the way it looks and it is definitely sturdy, although halfway through the assembly process it was still very rickety and we had to keep our fingers crossed. All in all it is a nice, affordable, sturdy piece of furniture and was delivered in perfect condition without any scratches. I would definitely recommend this product. Really Good Price for what you get!!!
