Delta - San Tropez Wooden Toddler Bed, Natural

We bought this bed for my almost 2 year old son and wasn't sure how he was going to take to it but I got him in on the process of putting it together and he did fine. He's been sleeping in the bed for about 2 weeks now and he loves his new "big boy bed". I have to say I was a little reluctant to put it together by myself because I'm not a very "handy" person. There were a lot of parts to it but I seemed to get it done within probably an hour and a half. Although if you have someone to help you out just as a second pair of hands that would be good. The only trouble I had was when I was putting the board along the bottom(the part that keeps the matress from falling down) it was hard to keep everything in place by yourself. Things kept shifting. But overall I would recommend this product to anyone.

This product was very good. When my husband picked it up from the store (we used site to site shipping) I was surprised at how small the box was. But all the parts were there, including instructions. It took us about 45 mins to put together. My son was already asleep by the time we had it finished so we put him in it for the rest of the night and when he woke up in the morning he was a little shocked at where he was but he was liking it. He likes the fact that he can get in and out and play in it. He likes to jump on the bed. So far it has been very sturdy. My son is only 14 months old but was totally ready for a toddler bed. We find this bed very safe for him so far. My only complaint would be that site to site took longer than I would have liked to ship. But actually quicker than what they told me in the email confirmation.

My son has only been in his toddler bed for a week, but he loves it. With that said, he would have loved anything that wasn't his crib. My overall opinion is that it's a great piece of furniture for the price. I wanted something safe and reasonably priced, and I think this is a match. When my son was born, I bought the most expensive nursery set, and it did NOT last at all. I ended up buying a crib from WalMart and it was much more durable than his original crib. That is why I started my toddler bed search at WalMart. He likes to jump on this bed, though, so I have yet to see how durable it will be. It matched his existing furniture nicely. Sometimes it hard to find a natural shade that isn't tainted a yellowish bronze.

We just purchased this item for our son's 2nd birthday. It came quickly using the site-to-store. In fact, it came so quick we stored it for a month before putting it together. Bad idea. When hubby opended the box, the top rail of the headboard had broken off. He was able to drill the dowels out, replace with new, and wood glue it. You can't tell that it was broken, it's just upsetting to buy a product and not have it correct. There are also a few places where the wood was dirty before they varnished it, so there are black spots of the footboard. However, once fixed and together, it appears sturdy enough for a rambunctious two year old boy. He has been jumping on it and playing on it ever since his "big boy bed" was put together. It's low enough to the ground I don't worry about him falling off and hurting himself.

We have purchased this product for our almost three year old son and he is loving it! It is a beautiful, and perfectly sized bed. The quality and design of the bed are exactly what we were looking for in a toddler bed! Our son loves this bed and can't wait to go in at night! We are extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a toddler bed. Great product!
