I got this bike hook over a month ago. This bike hook is easy to mount and comes with a complete kit with hardware. I like that this bike hook is coated and won't scratch my rims. I am able to store my bike vertically. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Just installed this and it was straight forward and easy (though I can't imagine any bike hook being hard to install). I'm not sure how it will preform over time, but it feels very solid. Also, it has a thick red pad on the hook that seems very secure, which is nice as I have had bike hooks in the past where the padding fell of very quickly. I love the clean and simple design. I am not sure if it comes in other colors but a less loud color for the hook would be nice. As far as limitations, there are only a couple. 1) With wider mountain bike tires, it doesn't seem to have the most secure fit. Narrower and smaller wheels / seem to do better. 2) The bottom wheel tray would be amazing if it had a sliding tray since some bikes are longer than others. The distance between the tires on my single speed, commuter, mountain, and road bike are all different. If I didn't want to be too picky about which bike goes on which rack, I am likely to scuff up my walls. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
