I just purchased this stroller and I am extremely impressed by its design and function. I am very surprised to read some of these reviews about it being difficult to move or turn, because I find it extremely maneuverable. In one review the person commented about the front wheels not moving when you turn. There is a lever on the front wheels that allows you to lock the wheels in the straight position or to unlock them to swivel freely. I imagine this is what is causing the other reviewer's problems, because the wheel swivel action is terrific. Everything else is also well thought-out and designed. When you fold it up, the locking mechanism automatically engages so it doesn't come unfolded. Materials are sturdy and well-crafted and it has a contemporary urban design. Since I just recently purchased it, I cannot comment on the longevity of the materials, but upon first impression I am pleasantly surprised. I am always very choosy and hard to please when I research and buy products, however I would highly recommend this stroller.
I bought this for travelling so it would be smaller when collapsed. It is a good stroller with a decent sized shade. The recline is nice which was important for me - although I wish it say a bit more upright when not reclined. I just wish it had come with a rain cover.
I was so excited when I saw this stroller on here, it had everything I wanted with a price I could afford. Unfortunately, when I put my son in the stroller it looked as though he was always falling out, even when he was strapped in he just looked uncomfortable. My son is 2 years old and 26lbs, way below the 40-50lbs limit on this stroller and he was not able to fit. I took it back a day after I got it. I want a stroller that will last till 40-50lbs, not one that just says it will. Please do not waste your time and purchase this if your child is over a year old.
I was excited when I bought this stroller. The metal frame seemed sturdy and the handles were high enough that I didn't have to bend over to push. Mesh basket underneath was not as bad as others. Big enough for a backback. After a month, the footrest broke and the seam on the seat ripped. Returned to Walmart and exchanged for a new one. After using the same new stroller a handful of times, the front wheel fell off. Contacted company this time and after 4 days I'm still waiting for a response. Heading back to Walmart... Also, straps do not fit around 35 pound child. Stoller weight limit goes up to 50...
Now that our baby sits upright he let us know we needed a new stroller that allowed him to sit upright instead of the car seat/stroller cart option we were using and loved. I decided on this stroller over a $20 umbrella stroller because it appeared a bit more sturdy and offered some storage. Overall, I like this stroller for it's price and convenience. I added a $10 accessories pouch to the bars for my phone, large water bottle, keys, etc. The mesh storage underneath is difficult to use, but I can make it work to pick up a couple items on quick in/out store trips and walks. I wish it had more of a bucket seat like a cheap umbrella stroller. Though reviews are right that the canopy is larger than a typical umbrella stroller it would need to be adjustable to be more effective.
