Denise Austin has a soothing voice. Easy workout, but hard at first. Mat workout so no running or jumping. Pilates in a relaxed way. Core workout. Very effective strengthening and stretching and toning.

I really like Denise Austin. She's sort of goofy and corny, but she's cute and I like her workouts. She's easy to follow and the workouts are pretty good. Not too hard, but not too easy either.
