Derma E Natural Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30, 47 Oz

The sunscreen is defective and crumbled into little pieces with the first use. I purchased this product online together with another product and used my reward points. The sunscreen product was defective and the company offered to issue a refund. However, instead of issuing a full refund, they refunded me the reward points that I used for the other products in my order instead of refunding the cost of the product. It is very unfortunate that the company does not take responsibility for the quality of their products.

When I opened it, it was mush and there was some on the inside of the lid. It was not in stick form. It was mushy and all over the place. Maybe it melted in transport? I don't even know if I'm going to be able to use it. i definitely won't be able to use the stick to apply it because it's falling apart. I'd have to use my finger. I was going to return it, but if i have to pay for shipping, it's just not worth the trouble. I have always loved Derma Es products. This is my first disappointment.

Well it ;is not easy to put on. But if it works, I will know it.

I enjoy this stick sunscreen. It goes on easily and covers well. Not messy like creams or oils.
