Dexter: Complete Season 1 (DVD)

I waited a long time before I bought this show because watching a serial killer was not my thing. But I kept hearing good things about the show so I bought the first 4 seasons and in the first show I was hooked. This is a great show and I bought the rest of the show up until it canceled at season #8. I am going to hate it when it ends. I like Dex.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this show. I thought it was going to be stupid at first but he convinced me to watch and I've been addicted ever since!

Just finished watching the first season of Dexter on DVD. I got instantly hooked on the show during the middle of the forth season. Dexter is easily one of the best shows on TV. The show is about a serial killer who goes after other killers, all of whom Dexter believes have or will escape the law. The show also focuses on how Dexter, a forensics specialist, deals with his sociopathic tendencies while building a normal family unit. Definitely not a family show, but not nearly as gory as you would expect. Most of the violence is implied, but yes, lots and lots of blood.

I love watching Dexter. A friend loaned me Season 1,because I do not have HBO. I fell in love with the whole Dexter concept, and Michael Hall is a very good looking guy! Walmart had the most AWESOME price on Season 1 & 2, even on Season 3! I had originally priced them all at other stores, and they were twice the amount for Season 1&2, and $10.00 more for Season 3! Thank you Walmart for the Great prices!!

Wonderfully written, superbly cast, and even better acting. Michael C. Hall as "Dexter Morgan" is one of the great characters to ever grace the screen. He does a superb job with the morbidly fascinating "Dexter" and the rest of the cast is right on par. Buy it, you won't regret it.
