I give this 10 stars, seriously. I have had chronic constipation since birth. My mom had to give me enemas when I was a child. Digestive Advantage for constipation is the first product that has made me regular. I'm not exaggerating when I say this has been a huge life changer for me. Not only do I feel physically better, my outlook on life has changed. That might sound strange to many, but believe me, being plugged on a regular basis really bogged me down. After reading several reviews, I felt this product may help me and I am so grateful I did! I take one each morning and it DEFINITELY makes a difference. I have told several of my forty-something friends about this product and how it gets things 'moving';) It did take about a week to experience the benefit. I can tell a difference if I don't take it for a few days. No gas, no crampy tummy, just a gentle help.

I take one in morning and one in evening and has helped my IBS constipation considerably.

I have been taking this for a year or so and it's wonderful. I have IBS constipation and didn't want to take meds, so I found this at grocery store and I love it.. I do recommend it..
