I take these to help with constipation, but have found every time I take them I get mild symptoms of gluten. These work great, so I really hope they're GF. If not, I think I'm doing myself as much harm as good.

I purchased the 120 count for my gas and bloating issues. I liked the reason that they can work survive past the stomach acids,however, not liking the sugar, corn syrup, and soy which can sabotage your diet even in minimal amounts because you take them daily. It is noted that you can take up to 4 a day if needed but I haven't seen much improvement since I'm down to the last 6 gummies. I think I need a stronger supplement with more strains in the billions for my case.

I found these gummies very helpful with the stomach gas retention I suffer from, but like "Andy", they seem to have an affect on the bladder. I am elderly, so rather than having to frequent the bathroom more I have been having bladder spasms before I can get to empty my bladder. Why does this product have an effect on the urinary tract? Thank you.

These are great. They're a bit pricey, but they taste great and help with my tummy issues i've had.
