Excellent! No uncomfortable stomach side-effects, seems to help me maintain a healthier weigh and sooths my occasional stomach distress. Also, and I can't think of why this would be true, but it seems to reduce overall inflammation/swelling. I'm not as "puffy" a person when I take this regularly and that tones down the pain of my arthritis. Again, I claim no science to this, but that's the effect it has on me and when I don't take it regularly, the puff returns. Just a thought.

I've been struggling with different pre/pro biotics for many years. My Gastroenterologist put me on ‘Align'… it absolutely helped but then it became too high for me. I then went and purchasedd'Walmart' brand and it was great! Then… not available. So I'm praying for this one to help!!

Have used this for years. Settles an upset tummy and I take at bedtime to ward off issues during the day. Helps calm bloated, acidity and overall discomfort. Biggest plus is IBS and when I follow a daily regime of this I am saved from mad dashing to the bathroom. It’s an overall balancing of the intestinal tract. Even got my neighbor hooked on it. I wish the one for constipation would come back. It was a lifesaver for cancer patients and side effects of medication that stops up the system. These products do not interfere with other meds prescription or OTC. 5 stars easily

I've always been constipated so I've tried a few of these and this is the only one that has worked for me so far. I've gone to the bathroom every day for 2 weeks now and before this pill I was going maybe every 4 days. Aliviated hemorrhoid issue too!

I was looking for price wise probiotic to help with my bloating and gas problems. I have tried a few and this one is working after taking for two months, faithfully! The price is very reasonable and is even more afordable if I decide to have it autoshipped every month. Thank you Wallmart!
