Discontinued G-floor Parking Pad Garage Floor Cover/p

My floors been down about a month , and I love it . I am in my late 60's and my granddaughter and I installed this floor in about an hour . My garage looks great. I ordered two 10x22 pieces and it covered almost my entire floor which worked out great for my needs . Only drawback when installing is you have to be certain that there is absolutely nothing on the floor because even the smallest piece of sand will show through . It will be interesting to see how it holds up through the winter , right now it is definitely a keeper .

This garage mat was exactly as described and took very little time to unroll and cut to fit. Am considering ordering another one so that my garage will be mostly covered.

I purchase two rolls of 10X22 ribbed in gray and the center strip. The rolls are heavy for one person to move. after laying the roll out flat it got softer and easier to move into place. I cuts easy enough with clippers or a blade to fit. Make sure to clean off the garage floor as anything left on the floor will cause bumps in the product when it is placed down. If it gets wet it has a tendency to be slippery. I am waiting to see how it works out when the weather gets cold. Also I did not cut it to fit as it will shrink when it gets cold.

Double-car garage, so I installed two of the 10 x 22 G pads covering. I decided to use this garage floor covering instead of painting. painting with paint purchased from big box stores would have been somewhat less costly, but I was concerned with the paint peeling up from tire contact. I did paint around the perimeter of the garage that was not covered by the G floor pad. Even though I followed directions for cleaning and etching the floor where the paint was to be applied it did come up in one spot. I don't think the etching solution they sell is strong enough. I suppose the vendors are afraid of damage or injury if stronger etch was used. The g floor pad was easy to install once everything was moved out of the double car garage. man that was a job. It is a two man job as trimming around things in the job can be tricky. As stated really improved the appearance of my garage. the only negative I have is that you really should glue down or use very good double sided tape. The two sections I butted together and used double sided tape at the garage entrance. I should have run the tape the complete length of the seam. I have some noticeable humps in the covering due to the car moving the floor covering when entering and leaving the garage. this problem would not exist if you could drive straight into your garage. my garage is on the side of the house and my entrance is at an angle. The covering is uncomfortable to walk on without shoes, and lying or sitting on the cover is unpleasant. All in all is fine, but I believe if I had it to do over I would pay extra and get the coin design.

I install this flooring in my new mancave shop this spring. Two rolls brick red. It was a lot bulkier and heavier than I expected. You will need help to handle the rolls. It is easy to install and clean. It takes spills of anything normal without damage (oil gas cleaners etc). I also keep four wheelers and waverunners in there with no movement of the flooring. I love it and would do it again in a heart beat. One caution it is slick when wet. I was going to install it on my decks also but after discovering it to be slick when wet I don't think I will do that, but it works great in a garage or shop. I have friends with 2'sq tile floors very nice but very expensive. Mine looks just as good to me. some wrinkles at first, let it lay for a week they will be gone with the heat. After a week I glued the edges and seam down with a good double sided carpet tape from home depot. rooling tool carts and turning vehicle tires does not move the flooring.
