I am training for half marathon and I never focused on how comfortable I need my feet to be more than at this time and I've been running for over 20 years. I will definitely keep these in my soles from now on (to 20 more years with the Dr.)!

Boxing shoes are known to be very tight fitting and minimalist with little to zero foot support in order to help facilitate quick movement without risk of blisters or rolling an ankle. As a boxer with arch problems I need something extra. I put this into my shoes before I went walking and tailgating one Saturday morning. You may think "So what?" - Well when you tailgate standing from 8am, walk about a half mile to the stadium, stand for the entire game, jumping up and down and cheering for your team, and walking back that half mile for some post-game tailgating till the wee hours of the morning.. and realize on the drive home, your feet don't hurt due to the insoles.. you are amazed! Weeks prior not having these insoles in the same shoes my feet start to hurt during the day and I want to sit more and prop my feet up. These can help me going for much longer and enjoying more time with my friends.. I am glad I found these insoles and want to try them more when I run at the gym again!

I absolutely LOVE my inserts. I purchased them to help with my knees and shins while running and working out. I have definitely noticed a difference.
