As soon as I got this home, I put it together and the music honey pot didn't work, yes I tried 2 different sets of brand new batteries, red lights would flash but no music. I've been dealing with the manufacturer who tells me I have to mail back parts to them and then they will send me a new one. I'll just return it to walmart and order a new one - no cost to me, strange..... it is shipped defective and I have to take parts, pay to mail them back to the manufacturer for a brand new item.... it also took them long times to reply to each of my emails.

It is a bit hard to get the trays in - and no instructions to tell you that you have to force it "past" where it goes to get them in, but once in they work great. The hunny pot is not playing any music, tried two sets of fresh batteries and only get red lights blinking. Have been dealing with (or rather trying to) Dorel Juvenile Group Consumer Relations Dept for several days, they keep asking me what batteries I'm using I keep telling them brand new Duracell, then they say I have them in wrong - no way the lights work!, then say there is some left over plastic or something in the way that I need to clean out.... there is nothing there - the lights work!!! Frustrating. Grandson loves this or I'd take it back - will see what they do about the music not working - I've not put that tray on waiting to see what they do. I'm sure we just have a bad part and they just need to replace it!!!
