Disney Baby Sweet Wonder Baby Play Yard with Bassinet and Toy Bar, Minnie Mash Up

Compact playard with Disney's Minnie design for our little girl. It's packaged and designed for portable use but is relatively heavy for being truly portable. Out of the box and attaching the pieces was a struggle, but seems very sturdy once assembled. Dismantling the playard was somewhat easier if you remember how it was assembled. There are attachments that come with the set that are decent additional features, such as a bassinet, storage unit basket, and a changing table with changing pad. There's a toy bar that goes across and attaches to the playard. Minnie Mouse theme on the mattress is great for our little girl. The padding is nice and easy to clean. Once again, it is heavy, but sturdy, and so it would be perfect for apartments or even a house with some portability, as it easy to disassemble and stow away as oppose to full size furniture that doesn't.

The Disney Baby Sweet Wonder Playyard, Black Minnie Dottie that I requested from the Spark Reviewer program turned out to be a great pick! It was very easy to assemble and it did not require too much work to put together. Once assembled, it turned out to be a nice compact size as well as portable. It is not heavy, so I could easily wheel it from room to room around the house or simply fold it down to take along on a trip. It looks just like the advertised photograph. I do like the black and pink colors on the playyard; however, I do feel that its mobile could use just a bit more decoration for more visual stimulation. It is noticeable but I am not sure it would hold her attention for too long. The changing station is sturdy, the bassinet part is also something I feel comfortable calling safe and the organizer is a convenient accessory for the diapers and wipes (among other things that need to be placed within reach). This will definitely be a great addition to all the equipment needed to care for your little one and I would recommend this to family and friends.

The play yard is really a cute design. The colors are bright for baby. I was a little disappointed when I saw that there were no instructions in the box to put it together. It said you had to go online and download the instructions, but when I did that, it said I would have to call customer service to request them to be mailed to me. I did try to put it together by myself, but I just could not figure it out, so I called customer service and they said they would mail me the instructions, but they would send them to my email address to download. I finally got the instructions and put it together. the play yard itself was a breeze to put together, but the bassinette was kinda hard. The storage on the end is very nice and easily goes in place and so did the mobile. It is nice and sturdy and very modern. After all is done, I am very pleased with it. The diaper changer is sturdy enough to hold a 30 pound baby.

Don't let the name, play yard, fool you into thinking that's all this item is. It is a new born multi-tasker which is also a portable bassinet , removable changing station with hanging organizer and play yard. The removable changing area is vinyl, can be easily wiped clean but small. It measures approx 16" wide x 26" length. As newborns average around 19" length at birth that does not leave much room for baby. The hanging organizer has ample room for wipes, diapers and other appropriate needs of baby. The pattern is Minnie Mouse done in black and hot pink making it an item specifically appropriate for a girl limiting it's hand me down value. Also, it is made for a newborn so that significantly limits it's length of usage. There is a hanging arch consisting of 2 small hard plastic toys being a flower and a heart. I doubt the entertainment value for baby. I wish it were a mobile to move or had some sort of music to play. The play yard is portable making it perfect for dropping off at Grandma's or the babysitter's. It comes with a vinyl carry bag. It is sturdy and has 2 wheels making it easy to move from room to room as needed. I personally would not use this item on an every day basis. I would consider it more of a travel item due to it's limitations due to size.
