Dorel Sleigh Toddler Bed, Natural

Over all, I was happy with this bed for the price. It looks nice. Assembly wasn't too difficult either, although some of it would have been easier with two people. The problem I have had with this bed is that two of the supports that hold the mattress have broken. My daughter hasn't been overly rough with it either. The wood that was used for the supports was of poor quality. This wood had knots in it, which weakened it. These support boards broke where the knots were under the weight of my 27 lb. daughter. I am disappointed with the quality of the wood used. I plan on contacting the manufacturer to see if I can get replacement parts. I think that a metal frame bed would have been better.

The bed is very nice and was quite easy to put together until I got to the safety rails. On one side the holes were not drilled all the way through so the bolt would not go in. My husband tried to drill it out but it still did not screw in right so we opted to leave that side off. All in all though I think it is a good bed frame.

I have three boys, all of which have made the transition from crib to this bed and so on... each son has taken to it tremendously. My middle child was ready to give it up but thought it was a wonderful trampolene! I would reccomend this little bed to anyone with a child between 1 to 3 years!

Great Value if you have the time and patience to put this bed together! $50 total.... would have paid the extra $$ if i could have gotten assembled! bed slates not cut properly, for such a small bed i had no idea this would be such a large project.

My 2 year old daughter loves her bed! She slept in it from day one. She enjoys being able to climb in all by herself. We went back to Walmart and got the Elmo toddler bed set, that just made it even better. I do however find her turned all sorts of ways but she has not fallen out.
