Doritos Cool Ranch Flavored Tortilla Chips, 3.125 oz Bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What used to be my FAVOURITE go to chips have become an absolute disappointment. they have become so bland and which once was a flavourful party in my mouth is now a complete letdown. I do hope they bring back the old seasoning style someday. :(

I love Doritos, what I did not like is that I was shopping on walmart.com, expecting free shipping based on my order total and instead I see a huge shipping cost, I recheck my order and see that some 3rd party vendor is shipping this $4 bag of chips to me and charging over $20 to do it, why would Walmart allow this type theft on their website, there could be other customers that didn't notice this until it was too late, and could be the 3rd party vendor would not refund shipping, Robbery. It took me 4 times of trying to place my order before the 3rd party vendor fell away. And this is insight for other customers so they do not get ripped off by a 3rd party, pay close attention to your shipping total before checking out. We get accustomed to hey, if I hit $35 shipping is free, and when know we have met that threshold we can move through motions without looking, please look every time.

Two Party size bags of of Doritos were crushed down to half size to fit into the boxes to protect(?) the four packages of cookies. Amazing, same shipment different box three Party size bags of Lays potato chips were packaged with AIRSPEED air bags and nary a chip was broken. Must have been a different packager? Great for the Lays Potato chips! But not great for the person that likes to use Doritos to dip with! The crumbles (Doritos) chips just don't hold much dip sauce! Other shipments from Walmart past year the opposite was true! Potato chips crushed but Doritos remained intact! I'm glad Potato chips are now packed carefully!

Whoever packed this box gave no thought to the items weight. The heavy items were on top of the chips and the Doritos had burst open and were all over the box. I had to throw the Doritos away. I would like Walmart to send me another bag but make it nacho cheese. I feel Walmart owes me another bag of chips or a refund for this bag.

The bag was packed in tightly in the corner of the box so that everything else could fit in next to it. The bag of doritos was smashed into a box shape that looked vacuum packed, so all the air in the bag that protects it from crushing was gone. So, crushed.
