Nice knives for the $$. However, the blades are a little thin, but VERY sharp. Blades are thin enough to have flexibility in them. Not as sturdy as anticipated, but still stable enough to do the job.
I LIKE THIS VERY MUCH. HOLDS A EDGE FOR A LONG TIME. ONLY ONE I USE NOW.
I am very pleased with this product , very sharp, good weight and feel to them . Use the small one 10 to 1 over the larger but the large one did a great job carving my TG turkey .Very satisfied , highly recommend .
Nice!!! - I've got Chicago cutlery knives and the chefs choice sharpener - these are better, thinner, and way sharper
Love these knives!! My husband was looking for some good ones and these sure are excellent. We buy meat in bulk and he has no problem slicing it to the width we like. SAYS IT'S LIKE SLICING THREW BUTTER
