I also have a separate bar of Dove soap to clean my makeup brushes with and it works like a charm. I've used it on occasion and also found it to work well even if you don't. I have always had a problem with my skin.I am a bit picky when it comes to certain products that I need,like Soap.There are only two soaps that I will purchase and one of them is Dove Sensitive Skin Beauty Bar.The reason why I picked this one is because of the moisturizer in it.Where my skin is dry it needs a soap that has a moisturizer cream in it.I like the way it lathers up when I'm washing my face and when I rinse it off,it doesn't leave that tightness feeling that some soaps do or a dry almost flaky feeling.Dove leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth like I had put on a thin layer of moisturizer after washing.I like to use it also in combination with Dove Sensitive Body Wash.It is a excellent product and if you have a problem with dry skin after washing,I would recommend Dove Sensitive Skin Beauty Bar,

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I do not find a problem with the scent like some other reviewers. This bar is great for those with dry or sensitive skin. I use this on my body with no problem although my body skin is not necessarily sensitive. I now use this as my morning cleanser in shower as I have developed eczema on my face and I find that this bar does not irritate it and it is less red and noticeable since using this product.

It is for sensitive skin so I do not have to worry about it irritating anything, it is super gentle, non drying and leaves your skin super soft. A staple item in our home.
