Dr. Scholl's Heavy Duty Support Pain Relief Orthotics, Size 8-14 1 ea (Pack of 4)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Relief Orthotics heel part seem (is) unstable for me and has cause me to roll my ankle, twice. Once in nike cortez gym shoes and once in work boots.

Each pair of shoes should feel the same. I use this insole in each and get the same firm support in each.

I've had bad feet (and back) for years and have been suffering a lot lately. I finally decided that something had to be done. After doing a bit of research, I learned that people with flat feet need to consider an insole with arch support. From my own experience, I've also learned that cotton socks and insoles with a rough surface are a problem in the making. With these things in mind, I thought that Dr. Scholl's Heavy Duty Support insoles might be what I was looking for. Upon receiving them, I looked them over and was impressed by the quality. I especially liked the smooth (low friction) top surface. The inserts installed without cutting in my size 13 shoes with no slippage whatsoever. In walking around I felt immediate relief. I was initially concerned that the arch support might be uncomfortable, but that was not the case. FWIW, I took care of a squeaking problem by removing the inserts and sprinkling baby powder in the shoes and on the underside of the inserts. This has proven to be one of my better purchases and I'm now a Dr. Scholl's fan. Do yourself a favor and try them out.

These work really well and these are very soft on your feet . I recommend these especially for straining labor

Excellent product then no pain free in my heel but the combination of wearing Copper Fit knee sleeves. I am able to walk pain free all day.
