No complaints. It works and is a staple if you have kids. Dosing is easy and listed on the package. It is nice that it comes in dye free because for some reason this is what the pediatrician wanted. Flavor seems palatable to the kids and they don't fight too much to take it.

I gave this Dr Talbot's pain + Inflammation Relief of my baby. He feels so good after taking this. It's really works. My baby is on the teething stage so many times he gets more pain. So i give this Dr Talbot's pain + Inflammation Relief syrup with syringe. Easily can take in mouth. More effective. No chemical includes. It is very safe. I highly recommend it to all parents.

Tried this and am definitely keeping on hand from now on. We are teething. So she is miserable. The tylenol and ibuprofen just knocks her out. And she doesnt like it. This she happily takes now when her mouth is hurting. It makes her happy and herself again. Without knocking her out. And she likes the taste. Plus i feel good giving her this versus all the chemicals. This is much closer to natural.iv raived about all dr Talbots we have tried. They do exactly what they say. We received the Dr. Talbot's Pain and Inflammation relief and I'm extremely pleased with the effectiveness. We used it after my babies vaccinations and it provided her visible relief. You dose a little more often but I feel better about giving her more safe and gentle ingredients Baby didn't have a hard time taking the dose so the flavor works and ingredients matter in our household so I was pleased to see that the flavor came from grape juice.

My child was complaining that his head was hurting so I gave him a dose of this and it seemed to work really well. He said his head felt better and continued on throughout the day. I gave this to my other child because he had a small grade fever and it kicked that away. They didn't really enjoy the taste of this product but what child actually does? We would use again in the future.
