Dream Lab by Owlet, Online Personalized Sleep Training Program for Infants

I know people say they never write reviews, and maybe they mean it, or don't, but I can honestly say, I NEVER write reviews. I had to for the DreamLab. It had my 6 month old, a previously horrible sleeper, sleeping all night within 3 nights. He is 18 months old now, and, guess what? He is STILL an amazing sleeper. He still sleeps all night. He still gets himself to sleep. It's amazing. I cannot recommend this enough. Oh, and I didn't have the Owlet sleep sock either. I use Miku. Hope this helps someone!

My 7 month old was waking multiple times per night and would only fall asleep while being held. I was desperate for sleep. We own the Owlet SmartSock and I had seen the Dream Lab on the website, so I decided to give it a try. The assessment was very in depth. The detailed guide was very easy to follow and if I had more questions, I could find answers to them. My son was sleeping through the night within a week!

Dream Lab has changed my life! I am a single mom by choice with a 4yo and 11 month old. I began Dream Lab at 9 months after trying many other options and sleep training. My baby had been waking 5-7x a night (he is breastfed with no binki) before I began and napped for maybe 20-30 mins. I didn't believe it would happen but a week after following every step in the Dream Lab, he takes 2 naps a day and sleeps from 6:45pm- 6 am! The Dream Lab has features that support you through the entire process such and videos, pop up instructions that are tailored to the moment (I.e. if child doesn't fall asleep and just cried during whole nap). I loved the questions bank as well because every question I had was asked before and answered. I utilized the “ask the expert” feature multiple times and was able to not only get my specific questions answered but I felt like I had support. It's an amazing product and worth every penny!!

Dream Lab offered us the perfect blend of the 'out of the box' programs and the sleep consultant approach. I loved their set up with a goal plan and guidance along the way. The hands-on attention from Jill and Jen was above and beyond my expectations. I had great results but that is nearly beside the point of my review--their guide makes this complicated topic easy to understand and their support kept us going through the entire process. Both the Owlet customer service and the sleep experts had an amazing level of service. Joining the webinars was super helpful to hear form other parents and get personal advice.

We bought this program right after my daughter turned 6 months old. Up until then she was taking 30 in naps and sleeping in bed with us.Within 4 days of using the program she was a champion napper taking a full 1 1/1- 2 hour naps and sleeping from 730-7 only waking once. Two months later and she is still a great sleeper. Even when we were ready to transition from 3 naps to 2 I reached back out to the experts and they updated my schedule right away. Its awesome that even after finishing the program they are still there to help with your baby's sleep needs. Thank you for this program, it has saved my sanity.
