Dream Water 0-Calorie Sleep & Relaxation Shot - 4 PK, 4.0 PACK

This actually worked for me. Been having trouble falling asleep so I followed the directions and drank an hour before bedtime. I don't remember falling asleep, slept 7 straight hours and woke up feeling great for the first time in a very long time. Will keep some of this on hand.

Worked well, got a good night sleep. Had a bit of trouble waking up the next day, felt like I was in a bit of a drug haze for the first couple of hours after waking up...I will probably purchase this product, but make sure to take it earlier in the evening.

This didn't work for me at all. I fell asleep quickly but woke up frequently at night, and couldn't get back to sleep. I couldn't stop thinking, it's like I couldn't shut my brain off. That's never happened before so I'm guessing it's due to the Dream Water. I hope this worked for other people because it did nothing for me.

I fell asleep quickly, and I did wake refreshed; however, I didn't sleep very /long/ after I took the dream water. I only slept about three hours, but I stayed up for 24 hours afterwards. A lot of it was circumstantial, i think, but at least some of it I'll give to the Dream Water. The taste was....not great but was drinkable.

The flavor was terrible. I chugged it down on a night I knew I would have trouble sleeping. I fell asleep moments after laying down and slept like a baby through the whole night. I just wish the taste was better- I had trouble getting the taste out of my mouth even after brushing my teeth.
