LOVED THE PRODUCT BUT THERE WAS A PROBLEM. ONE OF THE SNAPS WAS BROKEN AND HAD TO GET IT REPLACED. THEY DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THE REPLACEMENT BECAUSE WE TRADE WITH THEM ALL OF THE TIME. THE PACKAGE APPEARED THAT IT HAD BEEN OPENED AND RESEALED.

I had to buy a walker due to all my health issues so seeing a friend with the 3 wheeled one I asked where to get one? She got hers for a gift so I went on line and saw Jet selling them and now I am hooked! I had to stop walking b/c of my back and worn out hips but now I go to the dog park every night with my 2 Labs. and we walk 1&1/2 miles nightly!! It has saved my life b/c I can now walk like I used to and am feeling so much better! I have now purchased one for my mom and another for myself plus the tray works so well for carrying food and drinks from room to room! My mom just loves hers too! I don't know what I would have ever done w/o one now plus they are so light weight that it fits in and out of my jeep really well! Thank you who ever designed this new light weight scooter! The only thing that would make it a lot better is to have "off road tires" as an option! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This review is on the Drive Medical 3 Wheel Walker Rollator with Basket Tray and Pouch, Flame Blue (Item #10289BL (BL=blue) I have to admit that I was undecided whether to by this one or the DM Winnie Lite Supreme (Item # 199) that I had seen at a local drugstore. I liked the cute tan plaid carry pouch, but the brakes were not working, so I made up my mind and ordered the one with the basked, tray and pouch from Walmart Fast FEDEX shipment. The walker arrived in perfect conditions. It looked solid considering its moderate weight. It was packed with the wheels retracted (space saving feature). It took me a little time to figure out how to extend then, but once I understood what the manual did not clearly explained, the rest was very easy. No tools needed. Brakes worked perfectly well and so did the rest. I keep this walker permanently in my car to be used only when I need it to walk a short distance from my car to a nearby destination. For longer walks I use another one with 4 wheels and a seat. I am a 73 years old female and I can manage to load and unload it with just a little effort. The only puzzle was to install the basket. To get it straight and firm, it needed to be positioned slightly in between the handles, but alas! the tray did not fit on top of it. To fit the tray I needed to change the position of the basket and made it lean forward, but then, it was no longer straight and if I intended to put anything on top of the tray it would have slid down. So I called technical support (nice people, by the way) to find out what I was doing wrong. I was confirmed that the tray is not to carry anything on top. Just a detail, but not a big disappointment. I am happy with my walker, the price I paid, and the way Walmart has handled my order.

100 yr old 4'7" is using it for walking. It's handles are too high for her to be able to use the rollator locked as assistance to get up from her favorite chair, but are okay for her walking. Her neighbors are jealous and want one for themselves.The handles are contoured to just fit and give your thumb area a great resting place. We have not attempted using the basket and tray as she is still getting used to using it just to walk.

This is a great light weight walker. Takes some getting used to if you are used to regular heavier walkers. Pouch, tray and basket are really useful. This a smaller very moveable walker just watch the front wheel going over rough terrain. Got 2 one for 1 for me and 1 for my 86 year young mother she loves hers. The tray is especially young at meeting where food is served she can get her plate herself makes us feel more independent. Price was great compared to other sites.
