Arrived promptly, easy to assemble and charge. This scooter is a lifesaver for someone who can't walk far. It is designed for sidewalks, asphalt and tile floors or short nap carpet. We bought them for flea markets and the mall. Haven't had them long enough to test the life of a charge, but other reviews say not as long as it says in literature. Upholstery slightly damaged and basket dent on one if ours. Not sure it it's worth the time to get replacement.
Very good machine. Not that hard to assemble. We got it for our mom. She loves it! Also it came earlier than the delivery date said.
Rental scooters are expensive to rent and buy. I like this scooter in the house, but it has a tight radius, so you have to back up and go forward to make it into some areas. Much harder to take apart than we thought, so someone takes me out in a wheelchair. Overall, for the price, this is a good buy.
Delivery was ahead of scheduled time. Price was great, less then other semular products. Really love the scooter, was easy to assemble. Easy to handle by my 88 year young mom.
This scooter will certainly serve the needs of our family member, but when operated in tight spaces the very limited turning radius is definitely a problem. Also, I found the instructions to be lacking in details about changing from neutral to drive in that you leave the key out, push the red lever from neutral to drive then put the key in. The response of the controls also proved to be problematic. I expected the response to be immediate, but in fact there is a slight delay before the scooter starts to move. Once these two things were discovered the performance has been most acceptable. The unit is compact, taking up very little space in a small apartment, the price is certainly right and it's very cute. In addition the assembly was very easy. No tools necessary.
