Drive medical scout compact travel power scooter, 4 wheel

I purchased this because my insurance turned down my doctor's recommendation for a scooter to help me get around. I absolutely love this scooter! While outside I put my cell phone on my wood bench by the house and forgot it. Our house is located on a bit of a hill. While riding the scooter I realized I could not find my phone and started retracing my steps. I went from the sidewalk up the hill to the bench without any difficulty. A few days later I went to own town's fest and drove all around for over 5 hours. Then I went to a Super Wal-Mart to shop with my son and while there the battery finally started to go down. The only thing I did do was add one of my bamboo seat cushion due to my back injury to make it even more comfortable. The seat swivels so getting on and off is easy. Great product at a fantastic price.

I have enjoyed using my new Scout scooter. My husband and I found the directions to be clear and helpful. However, we had a little difficulty the first time we traveled with it in the car. It was difficult to join the motor section and the base. It took effort and persistence.

Ok..I wasn't sure about this scooter but after reading reviews I figured to give it a try. I have had ten ankle surgeries and I sure cant walk as good as I used to so I needed something to ride when my wife and I go somewhere and this is it!! I'm 5'10 and now weigh about 255 with a size 12 shoe and this fits me just fine. I worried about fit and battery strength so when I got it I took off around the neighborhood. After running half down after 1st charge it seemed to get stronger after second charge. I haven't had it to long so don't know how long the life of the battery will be but for now I'm happy and not disappointed!!

I just love, love, love this scooter! I would buy it again in a minute. First, the packaging was excellent. It secured the scooter without adding bulk. I live in a small apartment and it was quite manageable. Second it went together in a snap. My 26-year-old daughter said lets just take a look and see how complicated it is. Fifteen minutes later it was fully assembled! No extra tools were needed except a wrench to tighten one screw. Finally, it drives like a dream. It is easy to navigate and handles my 260 lb. body with no problem. My only caution is don't forget to unlock the front wheels! If you have any hesitation, don't worry. It's a winner!

I bought this for my husband who is 82 and unable to walk very far. We wanted to still be able to do things with our children and grandchildren. I ordered it on line on a Sun. night and it arrived the following Thurs. So far we are quite pleased with it. It was easy to assemble.
