used this item for putting inside my boots to keep them upright when not wearing them. Just cut them in half and put in boots.

These foam pipe covers are so easy to use to insulate pipes to your keep pipes from freezing in the winter weather. My husband had these installed quickly in our basement and we even went out to purchase a few more packages to finish the job. They come with a slit down the entire length of the foam to easily wrap over the pipes and they are easy to trim to size when needed. You only need scissors and/or a box cutter knife. I am glad we received a free sample in exchange for our honest review because this winter has already been brutal and I am convinced that this product helped use not to have any freezing pipe issues.

Don't be so sure about that if you have extremely cold weather you pipes could freeze up. So with this foam cover gives you that extra protection for your pipes but also helps give you peace of mind that things are protected.
