It doesn't cause any issues with my garage door closing, which is a plus because I was worried about that. So far, no rain comes in anymore and I don't have to keep rushing to move things out of the garage during bad weather.

We like to entertain in our garage and have a small heater. This was perfect to keep the heat in, and everyone comfortable. It is also easy to use/install. I would recommend.
