Durkee Famous Sauce, 10-Ounce (Pack of 6)

Hard to find but worth the search. Tangy addition to sandwiches and creamy dressings for potato salad.

Saw people swearing by Durkee's on a southern cooking show, I'd never heard of it, neither had the show's host. It's similar to a mustard-mayo mixture but really so much more. I've already used it in egg salad and on corned beef... excellent. Durkee's is not even available up here in Washington State so I thank walmart.com for carrying it on line. Have ordered many things from the site and haven't been disappointed yet.

This is an excellent sauce that has be around for a long time, however it has become hard to find. It is not available on Walmart shelves, only online. I appreciate Walmart making this available and easy to purchase online. I wish they would make other items available online. For example Tres Hermanas whole green chiles. They are great and or no longer in stock in stores.

Durkee's sauce was used by my Mom. My family has always used it as a tasty secret ingredient. It's great on sandwiches and mixed into chicken or tuna salad. My favorite is using it for deviled eggs! It adds a tangy but smooth taste mixed with the yokes, without having to use several ingredients. My only complaint is my local stores have stopped carrying this product! Once I started making my deviled eggs for my friends and family, I became the designated deviled egg maker.
