This came with a custom built computer with Win 8 . I upgraded to Win 10, and even thought it says Win 10 compatible it will not recognize a DVD movie or game.
I bought this as a replacement for a drive that had died. It was an easy installation and has given no problems. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I tried to find a firmware update for a Blu-Ray burner but it is only available for PC. It's hard to believe that LG is still running on a PC only mentality.
